Hope a belief,
Desired to happen.
Hope light in dark,
Hope luminous in black.

When I see sunrise,
There is a hope of sunrise.
When I see the birds,
There is a hope of freedom.
When I close my eyes,
There is a hope of beautiful dreams.
When I see sadness,
There is hope of happiness.
When I see tears,
There is a hope of smile.

Hope gives me strength,
Hope gives me life.

First I would like to say sorry as I didn’t write any post for a long time. Today I really feel sad so I’m sharing my feelings with you all. I don’t have any sister and this makes me feel so sad, when I hear my friends telling things about their sisters. This is the most common reason, because of which I cry and feel lonely. I don’t have any one to share my feelings with, my mom is always so busy in her work and I can not share anything with my brothers. There is only one friend of mine Sahefa with whom I can share my feelings she is just like my sister, but how much she can not be with me all the time and I want someone with whom I can share everything whenever I want. I just can’t do any thing that I like as I like all the girly things and if I do them my brothers make fun as they don’t like girly things. I feel so lonely when my brothers are talking about the things I don’t like, They play all the games which I can not and so I’m always left alone with nobody to talk nobody to play with. What shall I do where should I go? I just feel so lonely. I’ve heard many girls saying that they don’t like their sisters today I would like to tell them all please do not say that as you will understand the importance of a sister if you don’t have one.

I'm so happy because of these holidays they are of five days. I know they are because of a bad reason which is elections and its for the safety as its getting too dangerous, so many bomb blasts and these ralys are so dangerous. Our school is also getting many call that there can be a bomb blast in it and my brother told me that the teachers were saying that in Lahore beacon house they even found a bomb. The civil defence people are coming to give us classes for our safety. that means these holidays are too dangerous we can not go to any other city but still I am really happy I'll sleep for hours and play computer, wake tell 3:00pm and make things to eat late night, read novels, talk to my friend, do something for my blog and lot of fun. I just wish that these holidays pass slowly as i don't want to go back to the boring school.

This a novel that I recently read. Its a marvellous novel its really a stunning novel. It was the first novel that laterally made me cry and its a big thing. Its about innocence, love, courage and cowardice. Its about a boy Tommo and his life his family his friends and world war 1. It started when tommo lost his father and then how he is living with his mother, his little brother Joe who is special and different from every one and his brother his best friend Charlie. after that how he meets a girl molly and about their relation s and then how he goes to the war how he fights and become a soldier and much much more which I wont tell as in future someone who s reading my post may read it , so I dont wanna finish the suspense. Its a great novel i dont have words to describe it. I would prefer all the people who love reading novels to read it and enjoy.

Favoritism! Favoritism! Favoritism! I hate this thing and in my class its going on not just in my class but in my school too, with the girl I hate TABARKA. She is just getting annoying and annoying day by day, whenever I think of her face I just feel so angry I cant even explain. She is a normal child like all of us when the year starts, Every teacher treats her the same as us, But then just after the first parent teacher meeting every thing changes. All the teachers now treat her as she is the daughter of some Prince os something they always teach her again separately after the lesion, she never gets scolded no matter what she does, she is always the superior one. This is what my subject teacher do other than them her parents visit the head and after that she is always taking so care of her. In one p.t.m I heard that her parents were saying to my teacher that their daughter is special and donot let her sit with the ordinary girls like Zahra(me) and some of my other friends. fine if I was not good at studies and got bad Marks then they could say such a thing but I always get good marks most of the time same like Tabarka, this not at all fair and that day my heart was broken I felt really bad then when I tod this to my mom she said don't worry they are just like this We know that you are not just a ordinary girl and no one in the class is ordinary everyone is special in one way or another. Then it was our midterms paper and in that we all had to sit according to our attendance register and in that her name was third so she sat on the third seat but then our head came in and said that Tabaka you can sit in front and she sent the girl sitting in front on the third seat now tell me is this fair? I then I heard from some teacher that her parents called and said that let our child sit in front. And on the other day my friend sahefa got ill and had a vomit so she went to the washroom, then when she came back my teacher didn't even ask are you alright and few days ago Tabarka's foot was twisted and she was likeTabarka are you OK what happened do you want water and now when my friend was so ill that she couldn't even speak she didn't ask anything .Now its more than enough first I used to ignore it but now I cant this is too much and now I'm sending my mom and she will now talk to the head. I hope things will get better after that.

We all face different problems either with our parents or grandparents. Actually the fact of the matter is that there has developed a generation gap. Now what is a generation gap? It is a chasm, a vacuum, a broken link due to lack or our efforts not to communicate.

Our parents and grandparents have had different experiences in there life and they have learned from them now they wish to teach us not knowing that for most circumstances have changed. But they still try to communicate with the youth but most of the times it is us who fail to interact.

I have heard a lot of my friends saying it is not cool to hangout with your parents and they prefer going out with friends. this kind of attitude is creating the generation gap and now we are in a situation where our parents and grandparents whose experiences are supposed to guide us donot understand our problems.

Video games. We all play them, my friend on the other day told me that her grandmother called her the slave of the TV as she played a lot of games. what if she would have taken some time to explain her does she play games things might have been different but because of the generation gap things develop this way.

The biggest problem for the youth is the difrence in the sense of fashion. Older generation never adapted to the developments they remained conservative. They still want the teens to keep short hair and make the same bureaucratic hair style we adapted from British in those days it was the only hair style but now teens want to keep long hair or make spikes but older generation is not willing to think in the accordance to the context

The thing is that youth never indulge in the deeper meaning they always want to do what they like but the older generation always looks at the deeper meaning which in our case is not there.

now I can go on and on with the problems but who is responsible? yes, we are responsible we have to make the efforts to reduce this communication gap and if we donot make the effort this gape will incresae and never end

Most of the high school students in Pakistan are taking Cambridge system. Theses students are not aware of the discrimination which they will be facing due to this decision of taking Cambridge system. Other than Cambridge most of the students who cannot afford it are taking metric. Discrimination of Cambridge is that the Pakistani examination board is in favour of metric, due to this the Cambridge students have no choice other than loosing there marks even tough they have scored hundred percent. In countries such as India all tough they might not have Cambridge system but there local educational system (just like metric in Pakistan) is far more developed that it is almost equal to Cambridge system. If students have much awareness in Pakistan or have the exposure to the international educational systems today in Pakistan the Cambridge students will not be facing such discrimination.

These days in Pakistan students are not getting proper student rights. The money that the parents spend is all wasted on the teachers. in the school there is no proper management. the toilets do not work, there are no clean places where students could eat and the class rooms are worse than the servant quarters and there is no security. if we look at a proper schools there are clean toilets, cafitarias, class rooms and libraries etc. the reason why the students do not realize this is because the do not have exposure to the proper schools .most of them think that they are fine with the present system but they do not know what they actually deserve. if they did then today there would have been more student rights and students would have loved to study for there country and struggled even more to prosper.

When I see children I find that I got mature when I was too young because of my brothers telling me always that zahra we are having money problem please dont buy so many things, plz zahra dont do that dont do this and I just obeyed them and so first I was too jolly and stayed happy but then I started being quiet acting like grown up not playing those crazy games of children, every child loves to visit theme parks but when I was small no brother of mine wanted to go so you know majority is authority. when I came in class 5 I decided now ill do what all the children of my age do and enjoy my childhood and thanks to my friends that they really helped me in changing myself.

Nowadays no one likes school as there are very less teachers who know how to teach the children in a way that they enjoy it many just come and start teaching without any joke or anything like if someone gives you a lecture you wouldnot remmember it but if someone tell you it in a joke you will never forget it and the atmosphere of the schools is also becoming worst day by day and there are no extra curricullar activites. When we go out of Pakistan the schools are too good they have everything a child wants and most important the teachers are more understanding so we children in Pakistan want the same nice schools and teachers like the children abroad are getting.
